Naples Dodge

The Naples Dodge dealership, �ܼ��Ų�ͼ’s first ever project, was constructed with open bar joists and exposed metal ductwork. Project features included stunning marble floors in the sales area and tiled floors in the service area. The service area was a pre-engineered building with overhead doors auto lifts. This project also included an automated car wash facility. The later service bay addition consisted of an 8,700 sq.ft. pre-engineered metal building with associated plumbing, electrical and fire alarm upgrades. The site work portion of this project included 3.5 acres of new parking which included site utilities, paving, landscaping and new site lighting.

Palm Hyundai

Our team tackled a comprehensive 11,000 sq.ft. renovation of Palm Hyundai, updating the floor plans, modernizing the MEP and interior finishes, and installing a fire sprinkler system. We also added a 7,700 sq.ft. extension, using a mixture of pre-engineered building materials, CMU blocks, and bar joists. We were able to complete the project within a tight 7-month timeline.

Naples Mazda

This award-winning two-story dealership totals 25,000 sq. ft. and encompasses a sales/showroom, administrative offices, and 10 service bays. The structure is made of concrete, masonry, bar joists, decking, and flat and metal roofs. Inside, the dealership features a retro-plate showroom with a vehicle lift, customer cafe, elevator, and a lightly polished concrete service area with modern cabinetry and fixtures giving the dealership a sleek, modern ambiance. The 1.85-acre lot is large enough for hundreds of vehicles, making Naples Mazda the ultimate consumer destination to browse, purchase, and service their vehicles. It’s no wonder it was named the Best Commercial Contractors Project.

Palm Toyota

The construction of Palm Toyota dealership was a complex undertaking, requiring careful planning and coordination to ensure that the dealership remained operational throughout the process. The project was completed in a total of six phases, the first three of which focused on site work. In the fourth phase, the existing Mazda/Hyundai and Chrysler dealerships were demolished to make way for the new facility. The fifth phase saw the construction of a 22,000 sq. ft. service center, parts area, and express oil change area, while the final phase involved the construction of a stunning 23,000 sq.ft., two-story showroom and administrative building. This impressive structure was made of concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls, structural steel bar joists, and a modified roof, and featured ACM panels with “high-end” finishes. It’s no surprise that this project was awarded the title of Best Commercial Contractors Project.

Situated on a 27-acre site, the Palm Chrysler Dealership boasts a state-of-the-art facility complete with a 20,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building. This impressive structure features partial concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls and houses the dealership’s service center, parts area, express oil change, and offices. The showroom and administrative offices are equally impressive, spanning 21,000 sq. ft. and showcasing CMU walls, structural steel bar joists, a modified roof, and metal framed exterior walls with a sleek stucco finish.

AMSI Get Ready Center
